4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, materials, and access necessary for project execution. Delays caused by missing input may impact delivery schedules or incur additional costs.

5. Liability

We are liable only for intentional or grossly negligent conduct and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For other damages, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical losses.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all project-related information as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or written consent is given.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any agreements with DKS Solutions are governed by German law. Venue for disputes shall be Igensdorf, Germany, where permitted.
